Bench Press (8 sets)

Set 1. 5 reps @ 60%
Set 2. 4 reps @ 70%
Set 3. 3 reps @ 75%
Set 4. 2 reps @ 80%
Set 5. 1 rep @ 85%

Sets 6,7,&8. 10 reps @ 70%

*rest at least 90 sec between sets 6,7, and 8!

STRENGTH (pt. 2)

10 Min to build and find a 1RM Shoulder Press (or heavy single for the day!)

STRENGTH (pt. 3)

Every 2 Min for 14 Min (7 sets)

2 Front Squats @ 78-82% of 1RM
