CrossFit experience required

Drop-ins are for athletes already familiar with CrossFit movements (barbell lifts, kipping, gymnastics). New to CrossFit? Start with our free intro session instead — it's built for first-timers.

What to bring

Athletic clothes, water, and clean indoor training shoes.

Arrive 10 minutes early

So a coach can welcome you, give you a quick tour, and brief you on the day's workout.
