Part 1) Push Press

5x3 (heavy) use the heaviest weight you can sustain for 5 sets of 3!

Part 2) Bench Press

Set 1: 5 reps @ 60% of 1-RM

Set 2: 3 reps @ 75%

Set 3: 1 rep @ 80-85%

Set 4: 7 reps @ 65%

Set 5: 7 reps @ 65%

Set 6: 7 reps @ 65%

Set 7: 7 reps @ 65%
