4 Hang Squat Cleans @ 65-75% of 1RM Squat Clean

*or slightly heavier than 03/11/24 session

STRENGTH (pt. 2)

Every 90 sec for 12 min (8 sets)

1 power or squat clean @ 70+% of 1RM

*use this session as an opportunity to lift heavy if possible!

STRENGTH (pt. 3)

Every 2 Min for 10 Min (5 sets)

2 Front Squats @ 80+% of 1RM front squat

*or slightly heavier than 03/11/24 session
