2022 Seafair Triathlon

July 24, 2022 — Lake Sammamish BIG shoutout to the LivingFit CrossFit members that braved the waters of Lake Sammamish this weekend at the 2022 Seafair Triathlon. For many of them, it was their FIRST time participating in a triathlon — huge accomplishment! At first, the combined 18.3 miles of cardio seemed daunting, but after wrapping up the course many exclaimed that it "…was too short" and "…too easy". Not a surprise for all the hard work these athletes give in the gym. And let's not forget the O'Connell family, coming out in full force with both son and daughter. Congratulations to those two for smashing the kid's triathlon event. Can't wait to see everyone at the next edition!
