Where is LivingFit CrossFit located?

We're at 1331 118th Ave SE, Suite 250, Bellevue, WA 98005 — just off I-405 with easy parking. We serve athletes from Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Sammamish, and the greater Eastside.

Do I need CrossFit experience to start?

No. Most of our new members have never done CrossFit before. Every new athlete starts with a free 1-on-1 intro session with a coach so we can meet you, learn your goals, and tailor your first workouts to your level.

How much does a CrossFit membership at LivingFit cost?

Our most popular option is the Unlimited membership at $216/month. We also offer a 12-sessions-per-month plan at $199/month, drop-ins for visitors, and personal training. See the full pricing page for details.

Is the first class really free?

Yes. Your first session is a free 45-minute 1-on-1 with a coach — no cost, no obligation, no pressure to sign up. Book it at /free-trial.

What are your class times?

We run group CrossFit classes throughout the day, early morning through evening, Monday through Saturday. The live schedule is on our home page and on our booking system.

Can I drop in if I'm visiting Bellevue?

Absolutely — visiting CrossFitters are welcome any day. Use our drop-in page to reserve a spot in a class.

Are your coaches certified?

Yes. Every coach holds at minimum the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification. Our team also holds Level 2, Level 3, Masters Trainer, Burgener Strength Weightlifting, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism, Pain Free Performance, and Doctor of Physical Therapy credentials.

Is CrossFit safe for beginners or older athletes?

Yes. Every workout is scalable, and our coaches are trained to modify movements for any age, injury history, or experience level. We have members in their 20s through their 60s training together every day.

What should I bring to my first session?

Workout clothes, athletic shoes (flat-soled if you have them), and a water bottle. That's it — we'll handle the rest.

Do you offer personal training or custom programming?

Yes. We offer 1-on-1 personal training and personalized remote programming for athletes who want individualized work alongside or instead of group classes.
