*Use a weight that allows you to improve your technique and speed.
Part 3)
Snatch Deadlift (6 Sets of 3)
2x3 @ 100% of 1RM Snatch
2x3 @ 110% of 1RM Snatch
2x3 @ 120% of 1RM Snatch
