Part 1)

Bench Press 4×5 @ 75% of 1RM

Part 2)

Shoulder Press 4×5 @ 75% of 1RM

Part 3)

Front Squat 4×5 @ 75% of 1RM

*take 4-5 min to set up and build up for each part and spend roughly 10 minutes or less on the 4 working sets!
