STRENGTH
Every 90 sec for 7 Sets
1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch
*Power or Squat - you choose!
*Aim to start to first set at 60% of 1RM Snatch
*Build if able over the 7 sets, but aim to stay below 80% of 1RM
