STRENGTH DAY

Part 1)
5 Sets of the following complex:


2 Snatches + 1 Overhead Squat (1 Sec pause @ bottom of squat)


Set 1: 65% of Snatch 1RM

Set 2: 65%

Set 3: 70%

Set 4: 70%

Set 5: 75%


Part 2)


*if this is day 3 or more in a row for you… feel free to swap back squat out to Deadlift or Shoulder press as it will be our 3rd day in a row squatting!

Back Squat

Set 1: 5 Reps @ 65% of 1RM Back Squat

Set 2: 3 Reps @ 70%

Set 3: 3 Reps @ 75%

Set 4: 3 Reps @ 75%

Set 5: 3 Reps @ 80%
