*Aim to stay at the same weight for the whole 10 minutes!


Part 2:


5 Sets:

2 Low Hang (bar starts below knee) Power Cleans @ 60-65% of 1RM (With 2 sec pause in receiving position)


5 Sets:

1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean @ 70-75% of 1RM
